• As a Financial Administrator you will ensure the accuracy of bank reconciliations and processing reimbursements;
• You have background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities;

Description

• Enter purchase invoices and declarations, often automatically, and manage them within the administration;
• Serve as the main contact for inquiries regarding the payment status of invoices and declarations;
• Process bank statements in the administration and prepare payments for approval;
• Responsible for debtor management, which includes sending reminders and calling customers when necessary;
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, along with handling expenses;
• Resolve account discrepancies and perform account reconciliations;
• Additionally, you create and update spreadsheets for daily transactions and handle accounts payable for various entities and vendors.
