About the job

You will support business analysis and create and maintain report on Excel/Power BI to control warehouse performance. You will take care of the inventory control support by keeping track of SLOB inventory and inform relevant stakeholders to take actions. You will maintain Warehouse work instruction and the communication matrix. You will create a monthly warehouse consumables analysis and invoicing. Finally, you will support in following/updating the status of projects and perform random invoice checks and cross-checking with current budgets.

About you

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain or related fields . You have a strong curiosity of further understanding Supply Chain (process, stakeholders, operations). You are good at open & flexible communication with various functions/levels of stakeholders. You have a passion to drive and solve business challenges . You can show good Microsoft Office skills ; Especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is highly appreciated.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start July 2024 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Zoetermeer, NL
  *Please note that you are expected to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
