About the Job

As our new Customer Experience and Planning Intern, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain SNU team, in charge of Global deployment. Key objective of this internship role is to monitor, analyze, prevent Customer queries/complaints, which we receive from our mainly internal Danone customers on a daily basis, to plan & replenish stock for few countries in our scope & be a key actor in several core processes within our team.

Your main task will be to consolidate customer complaints from deployment. Analyse the case, identify root cause, corrective and preventative action and communicating back to the customers. Use system tools to track historical cases to prevent future complaints, drive process standardization (including ensuring accuracy of inputs from the customers). Support specific customer deployment planning activities along-side your peer planners. Actively plan one (few) countries within the scope and manage and support samples request / TTS Management/ Scrapping process. Finally, you will consolidate & analyze key KPI (MTO/ Open orders), and support & contribute to weekly review with Sales Unites.

The line manager for this position is Sonia Lakhlifi, who started with Danone as external more than 2 years ago as customer service coordinator in one of our SP point, in HAPS factory. ''Since May I have started as a Senior deployment planner for NWW, we are serving more than 60 countries accross the globe (Advanced medical nutrition but also Early life nutrition product). In our team the moto is express yourself and help each other. We have in our time 3 colleagues, with 3 different nationalities. In the past I was working in France and I cant talk Dutch too. About you

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain or related fields . You have a strong curiosity of further understanding end2end Supply Chain (process, stakeholders, operations). You are good at open & flexible communication with various functions/levels of stakeholders. You have the attention to details (fact finding, analyzing root causes, building preventive actions, involved in planning activities). You have a passion to drive and solve business challenges. You can show good Microsoft Office skills and SAP.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in June/July for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - oral and written;
• You are able to work from Zoetermeer office 1-2 times per week.
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
