Als junior projectmanager ben je belast met de begeleiding van bouwprojecten in de breedste zin van het woord. In de eerste jaren maak je kennis met álle facetten van het bouwproces. Je werkt altijd samen met een enthousiast team van collega's en ondersteunt de (senior) projectmanagers zodat je daarop kunt terugvallen.

What will you do?
That's a great question, especially for this job vacancy. Because what you'll be doing is partly up to you in this role. You tackle what's relevant, lend a hand where needed, and move on to the next task as required. You think and act ahead, preferably even before it's asked of you. That's how you shape your own role.

You juggle different responsibilities, especially during peak times, without compromising on quality. You manage complex schedules, simultaneously organize meetings, then edit proposals and reports, and finally schedule phone appointments with our clients. These are just a few examples. What else do you need to consider? You support colleagues in focus areas such as marketing & acquisition, financial and facility matters, HRM, or quality. So, what you do is always related to at least one of these topics. That, in our opinion, makes this role both interesting and educational. Naturally, growth is part of the package.

What do you bring?
Whatever the day brings, you're ready to tackle it. Being flexible is second nature to you. You're practical and solution-oriented. Additionally, you work within the team and independently with colleagues, and you're proactive. Your unbridled enthusiasm often brings a smile to our faces. And if a card, flowers, or a listening ear are needed? You're the one who takes care of it.

You already have a keen sense of what the organization needs. This makes you critical and adept at assessing what response or action is required for a particular question. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are a breeze for you, and you have a good command of both Dutch and English. But that's a given. If you have a few years of experience, we're even more curious about you.
