Technical Advisor Due Diligence

What will you do?
As a Technical Due Diligence Advisor, you'll advise our clients on the purchase, sale, maintenance, sustainability, risks, and strategies related to real estate and technical installations. Your solid knowledge of regulations (Building Decree, Usage Decree, Permits), combined with your ability to identify, address, and trace defects and risks in (maintenance of) buildings and technical installations, enables you to provide thorough strategic advice to our clients. You'll clearly translate this advice into a quotation, schedule, budget estimate, and advisory report. To achieve the best results, you'll identify, contract, and manage the right installation advisors during the (survey) activities.

Lastly, a degree in building construction at HBO/WO level is desired.
